Our office takes a variety of insurances. Please call to verify if we also participate in your plan. We participate with: Aetna, Cigna Qualcare, Magnacare NJ direct, POS, Direct Access. We do not participate with: Amerihealth, Americhoice, Bankers, Mutual Of Omaha, Medicaid, Oxford Healthcare, United Healthcare, Medicare Complete Advantage Plan and Gerber Life and Healthnet.
Is collected at the time of signing into the practice and not after services are rendered. Our office takes cash or checks and credit cards. For labs drawn in house, we charge $10-$15 at the time of service. Or a recommendation for Lab Corp/Quest can be given to take to the closest lab facility at your convenience.
Presently our office charges $30 for a No-Show, with no exceptions.

We ask that each patient keep track of his/her appointments if your insurance requires a referral. Please note that as a member of your insurance it is your responsibility to keep track of referrals and co-payments. If you do not have your co-pay or referral at the time of your appointment we will gladly reschedule your appointment.
We ask that all patients keep their assigned appointments and reschedule in ample time if the case arrives.
